Location: Sadate, Hamra
Sadate 955 rises in the heart of an idyllic setting. The unique character of Sadate 955 buildings is created by the harmonious variety of the facades and the dynamic dialogue between the two blocks. Each one introduces the other, and together they project their unique architectural identity.
The large and high oriented glass panels provide a panoramic sea view toward AUB Campus and the “Corniche Promenade”, and a pleasant natural light for all apartments. The irregular side openings for bedrooms and the playful character of the flower beds give the building animated and attractive contemporary architectural style.
